The iconic A-shaped building not only has a private gym, tailored events for residents, restaurants, and bakery all in one house, you also get access to an incredible view placing you in the center of Copenhagen both close to calming water and a vibrant city.
In Copenhagen we enjoy the authentic, and we welcome authenticity in all its forms. This is present in everything from the experiences A-House offers to the inspiring and exciting events.
For years the iconic A-House building has been the chosen space for creatives who shape the world around them and it continues to be so. Creativity and self-expression are burned into the raw walls of A-House and connects our community.
As it has always been, A-House is home to people at the forefront. Our residents are changing what home is by pushing the boundaries of hybrid living, as they live, work and play together in a truly unique environment.

The courtyard will be a perfect space to meet up with neighbors, family, and friends with ample seating and plenty of space. We're proud to be creating a space that not only enhances the beauty of our property but also contributes to green thinking and urban wildlife.

Our large rooftop terrace is a true oasis in the heart of the city, providing stunning panoramic views of the water and the surrounding area. It's the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the cityscape.
Featuring lounge areas, sun beds and green areas, our rooftop terrace is the ideal space for entertaining friends and family or simply enjoying a quiet evening under the stars.
During the warmer months we occasionally arrange events such as yoga classes, BBQ parties and outdoor cinemas for our residents only.

Bright and modern parking area with 30 e-car charging ports. Direct access to the apartments via elevator.
We also rent out parking spaces for people living outside of A-House. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding parking.
